Where My Clients Drop Mics & Make Headlines
You just need someone to help you see how they fit together.
You're sitting on gold — years even decades of expertise, powerful career moments, insights that could genuinely transform your industry. You geek out on your work. People come to YOU for answers.
And you know you're meant to be on that stage. TEDx, keynotes, industry conferences, panels — you feel it. You've been asked, or you know you should be there.
Here's what's actually holding you back:
You have SO many stories, but you don't know which ones belong on stage. You can talk about your expertise for hours, but distilling it into 10-60 minutes that honors the depth without losing your audience? That's a completely different skill. And you definitely don't want to sound salesy when you weave in your offers.
OMG, I so get it.
You don't need more expertise. You don't need to "build confidence." You just need the architecture to bring it all together — and someone who gets excited about your message and can help you see what you're too close to recognize.
That's where I come in.
I'm Andrea, and I geek out on turning your brilliance into talks that stick.
I'm a Messaging Architect, Keynote Writer, and TEDx Strategist, and the TEDx Speaker Coach at Sugar Creek Charlotte NC with a Master's in Psychology of Applied Behavioral Analysis. Which basically means I'm obsessed with how people process stories, remember insights, and take action. And I use that psychology background to help mission-driven experts like you turn their message into keynotes and TEDx talks that actually create change — not just applause.
Here's the thing: I didn't start on stages. I started in the trenches.
As a behavior and trauma therapist, I worked with people whose stories weren't polished — they were raw, painful, and often silenced. My job was to give people their voice back. Then life threw me into my own fire — a life-threatening pregnancy with my fifth kid, postpartum struggles, foreclosure, financial collapse. At one point, I was running my life from a hospital bed with nothing but my phone.
But that's where something clicked. From that bed, I helped a friend build a million-dollar business using story-driven messaging. And I realized: the same skills I used in therapy rooms — understanding behavior, mining stories, creating transformation — could help people share their expertise at scale and build businesses that matter.
So I rebuilt. And now? My clients have generated over $80M using the psychology-based messaging strategies I've developed. I've been featured on CNN, Times Square billboards, major business summits. But the real wins? Watching experts like you go from "I have so many stories but don't know where to start" to owning stages with talks that become legacy pieces.
G - Gather
2-hour story mining where I pull out the moments you didn't know were gold
Here's How I Work
(And Why It's Different)
Most keynote writers just... write words. I architect your message using psychology.
The GOLD Framework is what I use with every client:
O - Organize
Structure your expertise using psychology-driven frameworks that make people remember and act
L - Layer
Weave in your offers naturally (no salesy gross stuff, I promise)
D - Deliver
Coach you on stage presence so you own every word with confidence
What this means for you:
I don't just hand you a script — I help you see which stories actually belong on stage
I protect your depth — your expertise doesn't get watered down or oversimplified
You sound like YOU, not like "a speaker" — I do deep research into your voice and field
Your talk creates actual transformation, not just "nice job" comments
And here's what I believe that's non-negotiable: You don't need a crisis or trauma story to have a powerful talk. Everyone has stories worth sharing. It's about finding the one your audience will mirror and understand. Your everyday expertise, your "aha" moments, your process — that's often more powerful than the dramatic stuff.
The Stuff That Makes Me, Me
I'm a mama of five (yes, five). I started this business literally breastfeeding my youngest. So I deeply understand the "how do I do meaningful work while life is lifing" struggle. I also understand that your time is precious — which is why my process is efficient, collaborative, and designed to get you stage-ready without wasting a single minute.
I live in Arizona with my husband (we met on Yahoo chat when I was 15 — yes, really) and our crew. When I'm not story mining with clients, I'm probably geeking out on psychology research, testing new frameworks, or convincing my kids that yes, we're having vegetables for dinner.
Things I love: Matcha (lots and lots of it), finding the perfect metaphor, when a client has that "holy $hit this is IT" moment during story mining, and watching speakers own their stages with talks that change rooms.
Things I won't do: Oversimplify your expertise to make it "easier." Flatten your message to fit a template. Let you sound like everyone else. Add fluff or jargon. Pretend crisis stories are the only way to connect. (They're not, and I'll prove it.)
My Philosophy (The Real Reason I Do This)
Every moment is a mic-drop moment.
I believe your story is the most powerful business asset you own. And when you mine it, architect it, and share it with the right structure — you don't just inspire audiences. You move them to act, invest, and remember you.
Your message is bigger than you. You feel responsible for sharing it. You know your insights could help people avoid the struggles you've seen in your industry.
My job? To make sure that message doesn't stay small.
I'm here to help you see the gold you're sitting on, structure it into a talk that honors your expertise, and coach you until you own that stage. Because the world needs what you know. Your industry needs your insights. And that talk? It could be the legacy piece that changes everything.
Let's Bring Your
Message Together
If you're ready to finally write that keynote or land that TEDx stage — if you're done second-guessing which stories matter and ready to get your message out there — let's talk.
I offer two main pathways:
TEDx Strategist Program — The complete journey from landing the stage to delivering a talk that cements your authority and creates ripple effects. Story mining, application strategy, talk writing, delivery coaching — everything you need to own that red dot.
Keynote Writing Services — For industry conferences, corporate events, summits. We'll mine your stories, architect your expertise into 10-60 minutes of transformation, and get you stage-ready with delivery coaching.
Both include the psychology-backed frameworks, deep story mining, and relentless refinement until your talk is as brilliant as you are.
Ready to see how your stories fit together?
Your message is needed. Your stories matter. And I'm here to help you bring it all together.
— Andrea
P.S. — Not everyone scrolls down here. But you did, which tells me something about you: you're thorough, you care about details, and you're probably someone who geeks out on getting things right. We're going to work beautifully together.
